Formerly a disused Mobil service station, the site was purchased and subsequently remediated prior to construction of a new 7-Eleven service station.
The site was small meaning construction needed to be well planned, and is positioned to take full advantage of the huge exposure being located on the corner of the Princes Highway and Five Islands Road.
