This site is located in a prime location in Lithgow where the only two roads leading from Sydney to the North West meet, on the corner of the Great Western Highway and Caroline avenue.
This key location is also diagonally opposite one of the highest trading McDonalds restaurants in NSW, a Red Rooster and the 7-Eleven petrol station and Zambrero restaurant completed by Isaac Property Developments in 2017
The project included significant rock excavation, with a 7 meter fall across the site from the Great Western Highway to Stewart Street at the rear
Various weather conditions have been experienced, with our first ever Extension of Time being submitted due to snow!
The development has been completed and is open and trading since 9th November 2019
