When purchased this site was a disused car wash after being transformed from a former petrol station
Remediation was required to remove decommissioned underground tanks, and due to the sites proximity between Lake Illawarra and the ocean, significant shoring was required to enable the works to be completed on the sandy foundation
Acoustic screening was also required to be installed to the rear boundary due to the neighbouring 3 storey residential building.
