Shell petrol station Bomaderry open for influx of motorists over Christmas, New Year period

Press, December 19, 2018

Have you noticed signs of life at the Shell service station on the Princes Highway, Bomaderry? One of the largest petrol stations in the Shoalhaven is due to open on Wednesday. This morning, the company was awaiting clearance from Shoalhaven City Council, and was hoping for a signed occupancy certificate by 12pm. The service station will be staffed 24 hours per day. Developer Ben Isaac expects the service station will experience a strong demand from customers – once the Albion Park Rail bypass is finished, it will be the final northbound fuel stop on the highway before motorists reach Sydney. Eighteen filling stations have been built –  most under the main canopy and six under the.

Great Progress At Marsden Park!

Uncategorised, August 11, 2017

This development consists of a 7 Eleven Service Station, a ground breaking Flag Ship Starbucks drive thru, a drive thru Oporto Fast Food Restaurant and an architecturally designed 2 storey commercial building. On our recent site inspection we were pleased to see great progress well ahead of schedule. The run of brilliant weather has been a big contributor to the ability of Quasar Constructions to progress significant concrete and structural works across the site. With an anticipated opening date of November 2017 Isaac Property are confident in exceeding all expectations of the operators.

Press, June 28, 2017

THE creation of southwest Sydney’s newest town centre has begun. Edmondson Park town centre will activate the area near the train station with a market place, shopping centre, three hectares of parkland plus a commercial precinct with healthcare and childcare services. The sales centre off Campbelltown Rd, complete with its own cafe, is the first component under construction. Frasers Property Australia’s project will play a pivotal role in supporting the projected population growth and employment in southwestern Sydney. They added a cafe because residents had expressed a desire for a “good coffee spot”. Construction work on Edmondson Park town centre.

How young rich-lister Sam Prince built the Zambrero fast-food empire

Building, Press, May 8, 2017

SAM Prince is one of Australia’s richest Gen Y-ers, but you wouldn’t know it if you saw him walking down the street. The 33-year-old founder of Zambrero, Australia’s largest Mexican chain, is as relaxed and down-to-earth as they come — but he is a man on a mission. Ranked 10th in last year’s BRW Young Rich List, which placed his net worth at $294 million, Dr Prince has been on a relentless campaign to grow the business he founded as a 21-year-old medical student in 2005 with just $17,000. In the past two years, Zambrero has more than doubled its.

Lithgow franchisee, Barry King made the move from Sydney to take control of the Lithgow store and is looking forward to servicing the town. “It’s pretty exciting actually,” Mr King said. “I think it’s a great town and this store, as soon as i saw it was coming up, I went after the Lithgow store because I thought it was certainly needed in Lithgow.” He believes residents will appreciate 7-Eleven’s around-the-clock service. “I suppose the.

Lithgow, the wait for one dollar Slurpees is almost over with the new 7-Eleven service station set to open its doors on Thursday. Development progress news

Uncategorised, January 6, 2017

There was plenty of exciting news in 2016 concerning major new developments in the Lithgow area. Sadly not all have progressed as far the expectations that were raised when the various announcements were made. This is not the case for the new service station and cafe development on the Great Western Highway. Being in a prime location near Dunns Corner most people have been able watch the new development go ahead at steady rate. Director of Isaac Property Ben Isaac confirmed works have been progressing well. “We have a target date of February 23 for opening,” Mr Isaac said. Good news.
