Paddocks turned into southwest Sydney’s newest suburb Edmondson Park

THE creation of southwest Sydney’s newest town centre has begun. Edmondson Park town centre will activate the area near the train station with a market place, shopping centre, three hectares of parkland plus a commercial precinct with healthcare and childcare services. The sales centre off Campbelltown Rd, complete with its own cafe, is the first component under construction. Frasers Property Australia’s project will play a pivotal role in supporting the projected population growth and employment in southwestern Sydney. They added a cafe because residents had expressed a desire for a “good coffee spot”. Construction work on Edmondson Park town centre.
